Feedback – Group 1
  • The site has no ‘services’ links –they are listed but are no website links.
  • Needs a link to Transperth to help coordinate travel options.
  • Links to local graffiti artists responsible for the artwork at the centre.
  • Lists to local events – Hyperfest – and Heatseeker.
  • Jobstrack?? Do they need a link to this or is there a link already??
  • Aesthetically the colours are ‘funky’ but less use of the colour Black would be appreciated.
  • Some photos are repeated throughout the site, and often there are too many – not everything needs a picture.
  • Have an Introduction to the people who work at the centre:
    • Managers/Counsellors
    • Perhaps a photo and statement of what they do
  • Needs a map with directions to the Train Station – see above point about Transperth link.
  • Font is too small – they use size 8.5 font which is very small for a public access site.
  • FAQ section is conspicuously absent
Feedback – Group 2
  • The intro page should automatically direct you to the site.
  • The side navigation bar is plain, simple and ‘boring’ – nothing eye-catching or distinctive.
  • Overall, the graphics are good and well presented – however the same cannot be said of those on the main page.
  • Broken links are not good – indicate a lack of maintenance of the site.
  • More information needs to be given on displayed images – perhaps a short explanation or description.
  • A map to show people how to get there would be very beneficial.
  • The Black background looks good in theory, but here the site just looks plain and ordinary.
  • The site as a whole – and the intro page – would benefit from a more eye-catching design.
