A bit of fun for you guys…

Write a Haiku about the Web Development course we are studying. Put your Haiku into the comments.

More on the way a Haiku is created see the full article, but remember that they are 5, 7 and 5 syllable lines.

Here is my second ever attempt:

Web development -
accessible by people,
easy use by all.

When you put your haiku in the comment surround it in a blockquote so it gets indented as per my example.

Haiku is a form of traditional Japanese poetry consisting of thre lines and a total of 17 syllables. The first line has five syllables, the second has seven, and the third and final line has five.

Here is an example, by Murakami, Kijo. (1865-1938):

First autumn morning:
The mirror I stare into
Shows my father’s face.

Haiku can be a powerful problem solving tool as it requires the problem owner or group members to capture the essence of the current reality or preferred reality in just 17 syllables. This often produces new insights.
