In a recent hunt for ways to write project proposals I saw a very nice article by a company called Taoti. I have delicious-ed the main two pages already, but here they are for your use.
I really suggest that you look at these articles and download a copy of the Proposal and use that for the “pre-sales” section of the web development you are undertaking.
